INNO+TALENT25 ROUNDS

2010 ROUND 1

On 4 October 2010, the first 24 candidates joined the Inno+Talent25 programme, selected from a total of 300 applicants. From these 24 engineers, 12 were hired by HP on completion of the programme in October 2012. The others, in the midst of an economic crisis, were hired by other companies before or shortly after the end of the programme.

2011 ROUND 2 AND 2.5

On 17 October 2011, the second round of the programme began, with 20 candidates selected from a total of 830 applicants. Owing to time variations in the projects being carried out, on 26 March 2012, 6 more engineers were hired, launching our first .5 round, which we called Round 2.5.

2013 ROUND 4 AND 4.5

To better adapt to the needs of ongoing projects, the programme directors decided to make the entrance to the programme more flexible for candidates. With this in mind, the round 4 took on 43 candidates between September 2013 and January 2014. Corporate synergy at HP promoted the projects at HP Barcelona, and 16 new engineers needed to be taken on from March to May 2014, making this Round 4.5 with a total of 59 engineers.

Increased HP projects in Barcelona and the allocation of the proposed 3D printing, necessitates the promotion of a new edition 0.5, which includes 32 engineers from April to August 2015 a total of 1,200 candidates. Good prospects driving the continuity of the model two complete editions per year, and the model of continuous incorporation.
